Birth Doula Services

• Three prenatal visits to assess your needs and desires for birth, define and understand our expectations of one another and provide you with valuable tools for labor and delivery. During 28-37 weeks. (3 packs of Nubia Herbal Blend)

• Birth preferences assistance to help you clarify your preferences for birth and explain the options available to you. Access to recommendation library books and videos of pregnancy, delivery, and baby care, to support you're learning.

• I will give physical, emotional, and informational support to you and your partner for the duration of labor and birth to help you hold and move toward the vision you created for your baby’s birth.

• Initial breastfeeding support immediately after the birth of your baby and answer any questions you may have during the early postpartum period. (I stay for up to 2 hours after birth)

• Nutritional Guide For healing and recommendations/ community resources. Via email at 25weeks of pregnancy.

• Two Postpartum Visits within two weeks & 4 weeks after birth. (1 LG pack of Nubia Postpartum Healing Blend)

• I will attend (2) Doctors/ Midwife Appointments during 28 weeks & 32weeks.

• We will meet for a consultation to discuss everything I may need to know about your health & birth preferences. During 20-30 weeks of pregnancy, for 2-hours.

• Checking in by corresponding through phone calls leading up to birth.

• On call at 36 weeks for 24 hours, seven days a week.

• Initial breastfeeding support immediately after the birth of your baby and answer any questions you may have during the early postpartum period. (I stay for up to 2 hours after birth)

• One, 1-hour postpartum visit virtually within two weeks after birth.

Placenta Encapsulation

Placenta Encapsulation is a traditional postpartum healing service offered. Placenta encapsulation has been practiced around the world; many cultures consume their own placenta after birth. The most common technique is Traditional Chinese Method (TCM). A Womens Placenta is very sacred, powerful and full of nutrients. Consuming your placenta helps support mothers overall healing and mood disorders in the 4th trimester period.
